Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may arise which require cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring charges. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
